Rita Dam

Co-CEO
Treasurer for IMST, IMST II, IMST III, and the Guinness Atkinson Funds

Rita Dam has over 30 years of mutual fund and financial services experience.

Rita started her career at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as an audit member of the financial services group. Rita joined The Wadsworth Group in 1994 and was Senior Vice President of mutual fund administration until it was acquired by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC in 2001. She continued her career at U.S. Bancorp and managed the west coast mutual fund administration operations until September 2006. In October 2007, Rita joined MFAC.

Rita attended California State University, Los Angeles (B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting and Economics) and is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
